Troy Cooper… 

 
You might say he’s responsible for me meeting my future bride and setting me on a path of future career. 

When a Junior, he asked me to be on the Youth Advisory Board at First State Bank of Greens Bayou. This turned into a summer and then full time job. My future mother-in-law was my teller trainer when her family came into the bank… Her middle child was Brenda… One week later we were dating. Brenda graduated from Northshore in 1974, and this year we will celebrate 42 years of marriage. The banking job opened up doors of technology and gave me a 33 year career… 

Mr Cooper, my high school principal never knew what he set in motion. He passed away a few decades ago…
